Domaine Fenouillet Rosé 2025 — Organic, Dry Rosé (750 ml)
From brothers Patrick and Vincent Soard of Domaine de Fenouillet in Beaumes‑de‑Venise, Ventoux. The estate’s vineyards, spread across seven communes on clay, limestone and silex soils, are farmed with environmental care and all wines are certified organic.
Blend: 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, 10% Syrah. Vinified by a mix of direct press and saignée, aged on fine lees for 4–6 months. ABV 13%.
Tasting: Light, refreshing rosé with aromatic notes of strawberries, raspberries, citrus zest and rose petals. The palate shows ripe red fruit with subtle peach and apricot hints, bright acidity and a lingering red‑fruit finish.
Old World — Southern Rhône Valley, France. Closure: cork; bottle: Bordeaux-style glass.
