Candace Kiersky (owner of SVL) will share insights into each tinned fish and why it sings alongside its pairing.
🍷 Daniel Soloff (Cavatappi Distribuzione) will guide us through well chosen Spanish wines that go along with.

Featuring fresh oysters from the legendary Taylor Shellfish, shucked on-site by Queen Tide Pop-Up Oyster Shuckers.

Chilled champagne will be available by the glass and bottle to pair perfectly with each briny bite.
