2/10 Pasta 101: Tortelloni
Join us for our new Pasta 101 series, led by Chef Arlen Coiley—trained by the nonnas of Italy. Each class will teach a different, hard-to-know classic pasta, with hands-on instruction and practical techniques you can use at home.
Details
Date & time: Class begins at 5:00 PM and runs approximately 2.5–3 hours.
Cost: $100 per person. Includes the class, the pasta you make to take home, and the pasta prepared into a finished dish served by the kitchen.
Deposit: $25 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your spot; deposit is applied to the final bill the night of the class.
Additional charges: Alcohol, tax, and gratuity are not included.

Small-group, hands-on instruction focused on one pasta type per class.
Step-by-step guidance from Chef Arlen, technique tips from traditional Italian methods.
Take-home portion of the pasta you make, plus a plated version prepared for you to enjoy.
How to reserve
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. The deposit will be credited toward your $100 class fee on the night of the class.
