Join us for our new Pasta 101 series, led by Chef Arlen Coiley—trained by the nonnas of Italy. Each class will teach a different, hard-to-know classic pasta, with hands-on instruction and practical techniques you can use at home.

Cost: $100 per person. Includes the class, the pasta you make to take home, and the pasta prepared into a finished dish served by the kitchen.
